Hello everyone, hope you're all having a good start to the weekend.
Congrats ******* :j That's a challenge blog I've not seen before, I can understand why you're a follower!
PONR I'm glad you're auntie is nearing the end of her treatment, hope everything goes well for her.
Skiergirl I'm originally from Birmingham, don't like going back now and haven't been for 2.5 years. I have a dear friend who lives in Four Oaks, S/C, it's nice there. Hope you have a nice weekend.
My day started badly. The new computer has had a wobbler and says some windows file (configure something) is missing or corrupt. That's strange, it was alright, I was on the phone to my mom and then this message came up. Can't get it to come on now, says it needs a reinstall of the original CD rom so computer guy is going to sort it on Monday. I'm using the hated laptop, can't get used to this keyboard so I probably wont be around much until the other computer is done.
Then my OH tried to cheer me up (computer problems always drive me bonkers) by giving me a bourbon biscuit. Stupid man, he knows I have no will power where biscuits, sweets, cakes, chocs, are concerned and I never have any in the house. God knows why he bought some and then told me. It's a box of mixed biscuits apparently so I'll probably go on a biscuit hunt now and demolish it within half an hour! Then I'll moan that I've put a few pounds on and can't get into my clothes.
I can't make a card as I can't print off any papers, my very old printer wont load onto this laptop as it has Vista, tried downloading drivers off the internet and it didn't want to play. I could colour in some images now I've got more PMs to play with but I prefer to choose the papers first.
Right, I'll stop moaning now. Perhaps I'll go and see what's on C&C, I rarely watch it. I see someone mentioned HM stamps - ooh nice! I'm not buying though, I'll buy a few more images off ebay if I want some.
Have a nice day all.0 -
Yoo Hoo - congrats to latest winner!!
TiredMom - I've not had anything from Elzybells yet either, although the payment has gone through on my cc??0 -
Ooooh thanks Dragon - :j :j Free stash to start my stash ban
They don't even ask you to use bears on there but I do anyway
My little claire order came on Thursday and my Elzybells one arrived today so that's it for me for a while - can't remember who was still waiting for theirs but I ordered on the 5th. Had forgotten just how many I ordered just glad I bought some cheap kling on at Doncaster the other week.
Just off to Mr T's then think I might make something this afternoon - OH is playing tiger woods so just hope he won't trip over my lappy cable when I print out some digis LOL!Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

Glad Maddison is ok - one of the boys at DD's school broke both his ankles falling from his trampoline - he's just had his casts off and made a great effort at sports day bless him.
I have been reading but am rubbish at remembering - head is still full of snot.
I was thinking about running a mini challenge over on CP for the people on stash ban to get us to use some of our neglected stuff and to encourage people to keep going. What do you think? Am happy to run it with a prize at the end of the school holidays.Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended
