Evening
I'm trying to catch up on blogs but it is a battle as everyone is making lots of new things lol!!!! Some lovely makes as usual!!!
I've spent the afternoon with my auntie today and pleased to say she is almost her normal self. We have to go for her last chemo session on Wednesday and hopefully after that she can start looking ahead and getting back to normal.
I'm also going to try not to spend anything for the time being on craft things except maybe a few charms on ebay!!!!
Gemm - great news about your job lol - congratulations on losing your job lol - never said that to anyone before!!!!!
melissa - thank you - the boxes were easy as I have a template - like a stencil, the cutting out took the longest!!!! The stencils are fab I have a few of them and they are good if you have several boxes to do. I bought a few in Dunelm and one in Hobbycraft.
Skiergirl - have a great time in Birmingham.
Hassy - hope your headache has gone. I had a terrible one yesterday night and sat up till late hoping it would go but in the end had to take tablets.
craftygranny - hope Alicia feels better soon. The E-mail of the species is more deadly than the mail.0 -
Giggle Are these any use? Red - strawberry, raspberry, cranberry, Orange - orange (sorry for stating the obvious with that one), satsuma, mango etc, Yellow, lemon, mellon, banana, Green - kiwi, gooseberry, Blue - blueberry, blackberry, Lilac, - Blackberry (?), Cream - coconut, vanilla.I Love My Computer Because My Friends Live In It0

Good grief that was some catch up again.
Has everyone received their Elzybells orders? I ordered on the 6th July and haven't recieved anything yet, had confirmation email but that is it. Gve up on cards4u as the website crashed 3 times when I had filled my basket so I took it as a hint in the end.:rotfl:
Soma - Thanks for Mo Manning link but it seemed to want an American address to register so I gave up.
Lei - Congrats on your promotion, when you get a pay review next year can it be backdated?
WBR - Hope meeting with GP is successful. I have made a Pizza Box for my Aunts cross stitch but not had chance to blog it yet if I could enter this into the challenge I would be grateful.
Melissa - Sorry to hear about your Grandad-in-law. I'm with the others re children they accept it very easily. Both mine talk freely about their nanny and grandad and accept that they are in heaven. DS when he was younger used to go out in the garden and talk to his grandad in the sky asking him if he was alright and if he'd like a biscuit?
Rusty - Hope Maddison is fully recovered now. As Tomsmom said Arnica is brilliant, get some of the little tablets in and you can give them for any bump or shock and they have no side effects.
Dragonllew - Hope OH is Ok
Crafty - Keeping everything crossed for Alicia. My son gets terrible growing pains in his legs that come from no where. He can wake in the night screaming and clutching his legs so fingers crossed it is this and nothing more sinister.
Gemma - Really pleased you got the outcome you wanted. As Wifey said if you don't feel that you can cope then go see your doc again.
Skiergirl - Hope you have a good weekend, where about in Brum are you going?
Hello to everyone else. Bit of a manic weekend so don't think I will get on much. Going to have to give DD's friend a bought card  I think unless I get chance to make one in the next hour.
Hugs to all, think it's going to be wellies at the farm this afternoon for the party!

Thanks for the tips Wifey and Flourgirl I'll make sure I check everything. My order's due within the next hour so we'll see. You'd think it was stash I was waiting for instead of a chicken
