Just popping on quickly. Not done much today because I've been feeling a bit sicky but managed to get a few bits and bobs done.

Vicki - have a fantastic holiday. Look forward to hearing all about it when you get back.
Daisy - Unarranged visits through me into a spin, I'd have probs done the same so don't feel bad.
Char - Hope the doctor was helpful today. (sorry if I've missed an update... tried to catch up quick.)
Goan - I love that everyone gets a wee buzz out of what you wear to the hospital, what a nice way to cheer people up. I do hope your mam is doing a bit better.

I have a big pile of things to be mended and don't seem to make the time. I do however love that feeling when you have mended/altered something and it works out.

Well I hope you feel better in the meantime and manage to get some time for yourself to chill out a bit. Hugs.

Well I'm having a night to myself, unexpected as I did have plans to go out for tea but they got cancelled last minute, which I wasn't too fussed about..

I'm the same with unplanned visits - a big no-no. Wouldn't dream of turning up announced at someone's place ("I was just passing by..." etc etc) and can't cope with people doing it to me!

Dasiy - 2 months is a bit c**p. Is that just the state of the NHS waiting list?

Rubbish at making do and mending - ruin everything I go near with a needle and thread, it always ends in tears (e.g. perfectly good pair of jeans being "transformed" into a pair of utterly unwearale shorts.).

I'm totally undomesticated and no good with my hands.

    xx

2 months is pretty good considering there are 6 beds for our area
