Not yet kettles on for a coffee, and there's a pack of fresh pineapple waiting for me in my work fridge..as I always forget to have breakfast here :-/

Keep some cereal bar type things in your flat, even if you manage half it might help ward off nausea.

Yay knee socks, I must try and dig out my pair, I'm sure I have some grey ones!

I think today will be a harem pants day. I bought some new ones in H&M the other week,
they are too big (for now) but wearable and I'm only going to the doctors haha.

but upon trying them on I just felt like I hadn't pulled my trousers up properly. Lol
