Dh said it's perfect so I'm keeping it!
Actually, although I am most definitely not an 8, the only really fitted bit of the dress is under the bust, and I am really teeny there anyway.

Thanks for all you encouragement re the dress. As it happened they had 20% off everything in store, but they only had an 8 or 12. The 8 fitted and looks lovely but is quite snug around the waist band, which is just under the bust really and the tightness is fine, I think, I'm going to try on and show DH. I might see if my local one will exchange sizes but they are a concession within Debenhams so they might not.
    I have 3 choices:
    1. Keep the 8. I do still have 4-7 pounds left I'd like to lose so it will only fit better in time.
    2. Take it back to local store and try to exchange for 10
    3. Take it back to local without receipt, say I bought it there and accdentally got wrong size. I think they'd be less funny about this option although it is a bit naughty.

They will probably exchange it. Yay for your OH liking it and if the 8 fits then that's even better!!!!

I saw some 'jeggings' in M&S today but they had a button fastening on the waistband, I always thought the point was they were denim leggings or have I misunderstood???????
I do love mine although have chunky legs am not bothered, as not daring enough to wear shorter tops as some do always wear longer line ones. Though again with the ones I've had one they want to go down around my hips but I prefer them a la bridget jones and up as far as I can so end up pulling them up

:o retail therapy. I had paypal funds when I didn't think I did so I got this bag to take in to hospital for carrying books/magazines/room key between meals and the lounge for post meal observations.
Something I overlooked last time and could have done with majorly!

I love Kate Garey, and dont care that it's a second as it's only for hospital, and about 75% off retail price!

    Ooh I love it :D

No haircut for Alex :( My hairdresser's mum had to go to A&E so that's tonight postponed for a while and I'm panicking I won't be able to go and get it done before the wedding now. I hate salons so dunno what I'll do if she can't fit me in another time.

Ah that bag is cute DB.
I'm in trouble. DH and I have just spent ages pulling my hair through the highlighting cap, only for me to then realise that I'm out of Peroxide cream. Opps. Poor guy has just been sent of to Sainsburys following a quick lesson in the different sorts of hair colours/bleach/highlighting kits. There's no mobile reception in there so he's on his own, who knows what he'll come back with!
