Which I definitely don't have!
You might yet. The increase in the muscle in my calf since weight gain really depresses me. This is compunded by the fact my muscles were always building up with the neurological thing..as until last year they were firing and tensing all the time...I used to have decent legs, now they'd make excellent sturdy tress.:rotfl::rotfl:
edit: that sounded really tactless. what I mean is,that I think calves slim last. Your legs might feel worse than they are proportionately to you as the rest of you has slimmed so much. In time the muscle needed to carry our extra weight might diminish? Or lean and lengthen....? Please god let the answer be ''yes''!0 -
Lost , I did pick up your fab news yesterday, but feel as though I'm cutting and running all the time this week. Very pleased for you after your anguished weekend. Hope all goes as smoothly as possible. :T:T:T0

Not at allI think it's more that I associate lovely legs with tall people and you could never class me as one of those! I'm pleasantly surprised by my calves at times (have just taken blog pics for today and the combo of black tights and heels is really working
). My thighs are a whole different matter though, they're terrible. I'll cover them up until such time as all the swimming tones them up a bit.

Oh, I dunno, I think lovely legs come in all lengths. The swimming must be the very best thing, non weight bearing etc. Maybe some yoga etc too? I'm sure they are just fine really!0 -

I can never get my calves into boots apart from Evans - don't know what I would do without their boots:D0 -
haven't tried evans..it's a good suggestion0

Try them Char, they have some really nice shoes as a general rule. Good choice of wide fittings too for those people who have wide feet.
One of my friends has the same problem - she's a size 8/10 but seems to have disproportionately large calves (although she doesn't look weird, if that makes sense) so has a nightmare with boots etc. My cousin has the same thing and swears by Duo boots as they do all kinds of calf sizes.
Lola, was it you who was doing the no jeans challenge? If so, do jeggings really count?0 -
I haven't tried knee boots for ages
I know its not going to happen!
