Duo have a store in Bath - might it be worth going to try some on?

I've never owned any knee high boots, cannot wait until the autumn when I can treat myself to a lovely pair :D

Alex - yeah jeggings are allowed;) I have had them a while and actually aren't a bit like the ones in the shops now, they are just leggings but in a denim marl effect:p

Oh DB sweetie, I wish I could give you a hug right now. I hope you have had time to settle now. xx

Lost, I take it your Dad's operation went well?

Thanks for all you encouragement re the dress. As it happened they had 20% off everything in store, but they only had an 8 or 12. The 8 fitted and looks lovely but is quite snug around the waist band, which is just under the bust really and the tightness is fine, I think, I'm going to try on and show DH. I might see if my local one will exchange sizes but they are a concession within Debenhams so they might not.
    I have 3 choices:
    1. Keep the 8. I do still have 4-7 pounds left I'd like to lose so it will only fit better in time.
    2. Take it back to local store and try to exchange for 10
    3. Take it back to local without receipt, say I bought it there and accdentally got wrong size. I think they'd be less funny about this option although it is a bit naughty.

I love tesco jeggings, they are my four attempt and just perfect! I seem to have put holes in two pairs of my leggings in the same place (right thigh, half way up on the side..?) Does anyone know where I can get cheapish leggings with stirrups? I had Matalan ones but they haven't had size 10s in since Jan.

If people see me posting on here tonight and I hadn't put anything on ebay please shout at me! I have no plans, I had my final exam today and have NO EXCUSE!

Hope you're feeling a bit better DB. I love charity shops for books, I hardly ever pay full price!

    Thank you
    I'm so-so now.

You've got nothing to lose by trying to exchange for the 10 in your local store,
if they say no (they prob won't though) you can re-think the other options)

Oh yes, I also bought a pretty navy floral dress with chiffon 3/4 sleeves in Primark, and because there was a hole in the belt and a button missing it was knocked down to £5 from £15, and it comes with a spare button anyway!

2 pairs of footless black tights!

Massive beach bag in Royal blue with tiny white anchors 1/2 price at £3.

    Boring mens clothes for DH.
