  • Oh lost I hope she gets better soon..
  • Morning all,
Hope those of you who went out last night had a lovely time.
    Today I'm wearing:
-short(ish) turquoisey blue tartan style skirt
    -black tights
    -knee high bluey green socks
    -black flats
    -black long sleeved top
    -blue necklace
    -blue charm style bracelet
My local primark is never that bad, as it's quite small, but Liverpool one yday was soo busy, there were girls trying things on in front of all the mirrors..
And another thing that intrigued me was the amount of ppl wandering round the shops with their hair in rollers, presumably to take out before a night out..ingenious I thought!

In Liverpool nothing would surprise me. When I used to live there I would regularly see people in weird and wonderful ensambles dong there shopping- usually it was pyjamas, even to go to the chippy!

Lostinrates- hope the dogs ok :(

    I've been Money Tipped!
She might not. Its really sad, she's very young. :( But this has been rumbling a long time now. we don't mind sick and making adaptations etc, so long as she's still having good times and is happy: last night she didn't look at all happy, in fact I thought she had had enough...this morning, I'm not so sure....

plan is she has an xray tomorrow , see if the mystery cause is anyclearer (I think I can feel a lump) and then decide. :(.

she's a very lovely dog. Came to my mother because she's not show or breeding quality and my mum's dog had died. six months later the digs sister arrived too, having had health problems that mean she mustn't be allowed to breed, despite being show quality. :(

Oh well, we're just going to call vet in a little while (he's a church goer so no point calling till after that) and snuggles up wih her and the others till then.

Oh Lost, hope you're OK, poor doggie.xx
It's been a rough night here, Dylan's sleep is so awful we're on the brink of putting him on ebay. Or at least trying to get a referal to a sleep councellor.
I'm too tired and not enough enthusiasm for the Boot sale this morning ans it's raining again.
PF - I can't wait to see what you bought!
Retro - glad you are feeling a bit better xx
Don't have any exciting plans for today, at least DH isn't going into work until about 2pm so I have time to fully recover!
  • Hi all. Lost, sorry to hear about your doggie - hope she pulls through.

I'm still in bed in my PJs - bliss! Lots to do today, including visiting a supermarket (surely a Sunday necessity?) and catching up with my blog. I had an amazing charity shop spree yesterday so have lots to share! I'm also gonna head over to the car boot, charity shop and jumble sale bargains thread on the eBay board to ask a question about the china tea set I found - if anyone knows anything about that kind of stuff, please lend me your expertise! :)

Will be back to update with an outfit (currently wearing star print dressing gown, floral cotton PJs and bed head!) later. It's nice to have a bit of time to come in here again!

    xx
  • Morning everyone. I was going to go and get pictures of the lamps (£750) but we've had a bad night. Sick dog is really really sick and we've been with her most of the night. :(

I might yet get out later.

    Oh hun (((hugs))) xx

Oh Lost, how horrible for you. I hope everything turns out ok for poor doggie.

Feeling a bit less self-indulgent today, still in my sexy black and silver checked pyjamas, then have to go do washing at mum's, which means I have to find something to do for two hours up there - maybe I'll have another ratch through her vintage fabric stash (she won't mind, she always complains about how she has too much fabric and can't sew like she used to.) ;)

    Personal pronouns are they/them/their, please.

I'm intolerant of wheat, citrus, grapes, grape products and dried vine fruits, tomato, and beetroot, and I am also somewhat caffeine sensitive.

    Morning all :)

Hope your dog is alright Lost. Mine is poorly atm so we've being a nit naughty and let him sleep in bedrooms.

Work was SO busy last night, i'm guessing first proper payday after chirstmas. And to make matters worse I had to wear a large white and red 'Challenge 21' tshirt over my dress so my make up all sweated off. Sexy!
I'm happy to report Barry M made it through my shift with only a few chips (though I had to make about 6million jagerbombs so I don't blame it really!)

It's my mum's birthday today we're going out for dinner. Really not sure what to wear!

(((big hugs to all in need)))

I'm half tempted to go back to bed for a bit, but that seems a bit pointless when I'm not sleepy tired, just body tired. Half heartedly researching some course work. Next week I WILL get the first unit written up properly. Realised yesterday was one month exactly since it all arrived and I've almost totally finished the first half, so blah. Such a stress head. Trying to think up random little jobs to do today to keep distracted from appt tomorrow.
