so i'm not sure whether to leave the ordering till tues, and risk them not being reayd in time, ordering a random amount more than confirmed numebrs in the hope i can sell them all / have enough, or declaring the cut-off closed and only ordering for those who bothered to reply in time.
Which company are you using? I can't see three days making much of a difference to most places, especially if you apologise for the delay and act sweet and innocent.0 -
Oh that's good news. What are you going to occupy your time with whilst you're in hospital? Is there much free time?
Last time there wasn't loads of free time and I mainly read. I may be allowed my laptop for watching films etc in my room, I was last time but it may have changed. May/may not have internet access too, they were looking in to it when they moved the ward.
But to be honest, all I felt like doing was escaping in to books!0 -
well i've had good reports of goldpress, i've not used anyone before - for smaller events i've always made our own with printable fabric..
i'm reluctant to leave it any longer, maiunly because i don't have time at the weekend to think about it, and we're already pushing it for time.!0 -
I have many many books if you want to borrow a batch of them

aw, thankies Alex

I'm having major troubles staying awake now. Nap time methinks..I was asleep before but Dad came home early and discovered his cake!0 -
Oh Goan, so sorry to hear about your Mum. Good to have you back though.
I've just been into town to buy some fabric and bits from the haberdashery stall. I'm making some bunting for our breastfeeding event in June, got some wonderful material for it in our colours - pinks and green. It's going to be beautiful!0 -

Give them a quick ring and ask if they can hang fire till Tuesday? Don't imagine they'll be making a start on it over a Bank Holiday weekend, do you? You could send a reminder email to everyone else saying that if they haven't replied by Monday evening then they won't be getting any badges.0 -
have just checked the website - i haven;t spoken to them yet, and they say 3wks for an order..so i think we;'ll be fine as even isnt' till june 20th!0
