Vicki ~ I bought this Brother Machine last year it was recommended by a seasoned sewer and it has been brilliant, I am delighted with it. If the budget can stretch get one it's £79.
Mariel ~ sorry to hear you are leaving :(
Daisy ~ Hope you have a restful day, I tried to comment on your Maxi dress on your blog but my Laptop spazzed up! Anyway it looks fab, and it looks so comfy, I bet you could end up living in it!

Hi all, hope you had a good weekend. Mine was quiet - decided not to run the half marathon as my leg wasn't quite right. Did some nice gardening and stuff until it poured with rain on Sunday afternoon - then we did some slug chasing!

Wearing another grey dress today, short sleeve, tulip shaped one with pockets - I really have to get out of grey dresses! Went 'shopping' in my own wardrobes at the weekend and brought a rucksack full of clothes to OH's house so I have some different things to wear.

Feel very fat and hormonal today - glad this dress is fairly loose round the tummy!

    Morning girls.

Oh my, was I hungover yesterday. I was still being sick at 4pm :o:( Clearly I don't have the tolerance I used to have.

Outfit for today is very simple as the wardrobe is in a right state and I needed something that wasn't jeans:

    Black cords - Monsoon
Mint green 3/4 sleeve tshirt - DP
Sleeveless forest green long cardi - Primark
    Silver rose earrings - Tesco
Silver & green cocktail ring - DP

In clothing related news, I now own a pair of size 16 skinny jeans and I don't even have to wriggle into them :D I was so chuffed! Also I may have bought another dress...

Char - love that dress by the way!
Daisy - rest up today sweets :)
Mariel - oh no :( We'll miss you!

I've got as far as getting dressed, still need to put some makeup on but that can wait!

    Wearing:
    grey floral dress: new look
    pink tights: via Alex!
black wet look shredded side leggings: black milk sample
    black flat boots: dps

utterly random but it works and is comfy/warm enough :)

PF- my doctor nearly fell off her chair when I said I'd given up drinking!

    So far so good here,
made myself a teeny to-do list of simple things just so I could feel productive without doing a lot :o it's helping as I've ticked most of it off now and it feels like I've achieved something.
Just put some b-nut squash in the oven for lunch, too.

Morning everyone. I hate my hair even more today. :( This is not a radient red, this is bloody dark brown and makes me look so ill. It's going to take me ages or a lot of money to get all the colour out now. It looks nice in certains lights, but short of hiring someone with a spotlight to follow me round i'm not sure what I can do.

    Still not dressed, oops.

I was shocked at how much stuff I brought back from uni, I was only there two terms!

Did you have a good night though Alex? Thats what counts. :)
