Ooh about books. I love Jodi Picoult. I bought Change of Heart today as I really wanted to read it again. If I find who I lent my first copy to i'd be happy to send the spare on. :)

I got my Alice palette :D:D:D I am the Cheshire Cat! Someone kindly pointed out that it works out at about £1.75 an eyeshadow which made me feel better.
    I don't want to use/ruin it! It's so perfect.
I saw that- it looks gorgeous- lucky you!

I missed the book chat too- love chick lit and would recommend checking out your local library for borrowing books- very MSE! Not tried Jodi Picoult but might look into her as I've heard such positive things. Really want to read Time Travellers Wife too. Just need to find somewhere cheap to buy it as they don't have it in my library.

I've been very impressed with New Look for clothes recently (not shopped there since I was about 14!). I'm particularly eyeing up this: http://www.newlook.co.uk/1884474/188447404/ProductDetails.aspx so will have to convince someone to buy it me or sell some unwanted bits.

Lottie I think HMV have the Time Travellers Wife for about £4.

£38 on my ebay so I guess that makes up for my little treats today. :)

Awwww. :( Just got an email from Office saying that my Miss L Fire shoes I ordered are out of stock. So disappointed. Might have to go order some IC's to compensate? :p

I was thinking of my black leggings, a black vest top and purple cardigan (It's quite a bright purple). I know this all goes well as i wear it often.
I'm confused on my shoes however.
I have some amazing irregular choice shoes but not sure which to wear.

One of the best posts ever!
  • Ooooooooooooh, loving all that chat and the book talk.

Alex - Georgette Hayer, have only read 1 of hers but enjoyed it and have some more lined up to read. What got me into historical fiction was Forever Amber by Kathleen Winnsor ( http://www.guardian.co.uk/books/2002/aug/10/featuresreviews.guardianreview19)
Have you read it? It's fab! Amazing page turner - made me laugh, made me cry etc! Loved it.

Currently in a bit of a vampire fiction thing - after Twilight, moved onto the Sookie Stackhouse (True Blood) books. Haven't see the TV, but enjoying the books.

Hope everyone's well and where you want to be.

    xx

I don't post for 2 days and I forget how to do it! Sorry for the premature posting. I only wish I was having as good a time tonight as that post suggests! ;)

I've deleted my original post, that I posted too quickly while trying to delete what I'd written with caps lock on.

Oh dear, for someone who works in the internet industry, I'm such an un-web-savvy numpty sometimes!
