    Evening lovely ladies :D

Just back from a lovely meal out (been a piggy :o). Pics of tonight's outfit on my blog. I changed my mind about 4 times, something I've not done for a long time. Just goes to show that now I have a choice of nice clothes to wear, I can't make my mind up ! Before I'd have just thrown on jeans and a jumper.

One of the things that I tried on was the red tulip skirt - it was a great fit ! :j Looks very flattering too. So, since it's 'National Wear Something Red Day' tomorrow (bet you didn't know that ;)) I'm going to pop it on together with a black jumper and black opaque tights and be very bright indeed ! :D

One of the ladies in the CS today told me it was National Wear Red Day tomorrow - they were doing their window dressing. Not sure why but I'll google it and let you all know.

Edit Ahhhhhhhh it's to do with British Heart Foundation (the shop I was in, I should have been able to work it out really - doh!) http://www.bhf.org.uk/news-and-campaigning/our-campaigns/red-for-heart-2010.aspx

  • I saw that- it looks gorgeous- lucky you!

I missed the book chat too- love chick lit and would recommend checking out your local library for borrowing books- very MSE! Not tried Jodi Picoult but might look into her as I've heard such positive things. Really want to read Time Travellers Wife too. Just need to find somewhere cheap to buy it as they don't have it in my library.

I've been very impressed with New Look for clothes recently (not shopped there since I was about 14!). I'm particularly eyeing up this: http://www.newlook.co.uk/1884474/188447404/ProductDetails.aspx so will have to convince someone to buy it me or sell some unwanted bits.

    I like the dress :D

So much for not wanting to spoil the make up. DS promptly put his hand all over the green one and painted his chin green. Grrr.

There's usually a couple of Time Traveller's Wifes (I so wanted to write Wives there) in charity shops, I have lent mine out but it's where I got it. I really liked it.
