    Oh yeah, I never mentioned that haha.

    I did roast pork loin,
    roasted baby carrots
    sugar snap peas and baby sweetcorn
    home made potato wedges with sea salt and black pepper
    home made creamy peppercorn sauce

    and then put together a rhubarb crumble for them to have with ice cream

    :)

    I had the veggies, minus the carrot/potato
    and some quorn mince + butternut squash done cottage pie style.

    have given up on the prospect of sleep, just put some flapjack in the oven to cook and going to have a go at making something for my friends bday next week with the sewing machine..
