I ddn't know you were horsey Alex. :)

I'm very normally dressed today...doesn't feel like me. also not terribly flattering...but there you go. I'm wearing cropped white trousers and a dusky pink sleeveless t shirt. :)

I am indeed although far far too poor to afford a horse and (used to be) far far too chubby to ride :o Spent my entire childhood working in a riding school though and I really miss it.

I've been to visit my lovely dentist this morning (we bumped into each other in Mumbai once, what's the chances of that happening?). Whilst in the waiting room I flicked through some magazines - vile, vile, vile! I never buy magazines and was horrified with the level of cattiness and negativity levelled at our fellow humans. What with every lump and bump pointed out, outfits slated and general nastiness - no wonder so many young women have so many issues with their appearance.

In the immortal words of the sunscreen song "Do not read beauty magazines they will only make you feel ugly." I'd much rather read blogs - I have enough problems with the way I look without having to compare myself to unbelievably slim, tall, airbrushed models.
    "ggggggggggggggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr"
ok, think i'm a bit less annoyed/stressed/down now..

am slightly frustrated that work is dragging today, and the ex is being hideous as usual..i think i need a day off or something to just sleep and cry or whatever, as i never seem to get the chance to do that at the weekend (stupid, huh?!)

I'm feeling a strong urge to join Daisy in kidnapping you. Perhaps go and have a picnic under some trees and watch the world go by. Can you tell I want it to be properly spring already? :)

I really like the lookbook pages but I think most of the blogs on here are far better and far more 'real'.
(though I do wish I look like most of them!)

I still get serious cases of "blogger envy" haha. Especially when they do post about budget buys that are well, way outta my budget.

I am feeling very self pitying right now. I don't like it. I need a good kick up the bum.

Urgh, having a grotty day today. I'm coming down with a cold and posibly an ear infection, not made any better by having to wear big headphones for a large part of my day. The glands in my neck are quite tender to the touch on one side as well. I just feel a right old grump today and it's reflected in today's outfit:

    boyfriend jeans from New Look
    3/4 sleeve purple tshirt
white MBTs - I haven't worn these in ages and they make such a difference to my legs and bottom when I do. Plus they really improve my posture.

    Daisy, the hobnobs sound yummy.
Rachel - MC don't send out the gifts any more with subs. Boo!
