    Great bargains, love! Just commented.

My favourite boot sale restarts tomorrow :j:j:j. I can't wait. The 20p man and the 50p lady and the house clearance couple who have a boxer dog who wears a hoodie are my favourites, hope they're all there.

Just walked the dog and sat out in the garden (without even a cardi on!) and I was reflecting the sun I'm so pale.

My favourite bootsale isn't on anymore. They've started building on the spot where it was. It's massive too. Gutted. :(

Without a cardi!!! It's freezing cold here, even the cats won't leave the house today.
What a shame about the boot sale. Blinkin' developers.

Yep, it's horrid. Really grey and overcast and everyone's walking around with mean, pinched up faces swathed in layers of dark clothing....yuk.
    Roll on 1st April :j
  • I asked on th toiletries thread but no one seems to know yet, I thought one of you might....

I have some John frienda honey - caramel blonde highligh treatment. (luminous colour glaze). I have at some point picked this up off a clearnce shelf...but it specifies it as being for darker shades of natural, colou treated or highlighed blonde hair.

I don't know whether I should use this or not: natural hair is very dark blonde(aka mouse I think! ;)) I have, ATM, chocolate, copper, strawberry and reds running through, with also a couple fo very, very light blonde bits. I'm worried should this dull the red and darken the blonde.....

    anyone know?

Hi LIR, just to say I tried this a year or two back and it didn't have any discernible effect on my hair (which was mid-blonde). It may have made it a bit shinier but was disappointing on the colour front. I can't believe it's capable of doing anything drastic to your hair colour so I'd say go for it, if nothing else it may improve the shine.

I get Marie Claire on sub but it didn't have the Neals Yard freebie with my April edition :( Does anyone know whether it's worth ringing them and complaining, or do I just accept that I missed out due to getting it through the post...
