Its that time of year again. The time of year I start to think I might have developed the ability to apply fake tan. I know this ends badly......why does it seem so inevitable I will try again?

I've never used fake tan..I'm so naturally pale that I fear it'd just look odd.

haha i really cant stand the stuff - why add another unecessary worry to pyour daily life?? ie. omg is my fake tan streaky / did i apply enough to match the length of todays skirt?!
i'm a pale skin tone anyway, and have never really had the time to put in the amount of effort required to get it looking halfway decent or natural..

when I came to UK it was assumed I was not white. I am now extremely white....I try NOT to get a tan because I know I already have significant sun damage. I look really good when naturally tan, but despite being super fair it takes me a long, long time to tan properly, and I very rarely burn (twice that I can remember in my life).

I've never gone much darker than..well kinda jaundiced look, I burn, or burn pretty much. If I had faith in my ability I'd be buying shares in fake tan :o

I haven't really tried fake tan, but it is my plan to get some of that St Moriz stuff everyone is raving about next time i'm near a Home Bargains.
Despite being rather pale at the moment I don't have fair skin and I tan very easily without burning. I was a lovely colour last summer (apart from my face, that doesn't seem to change!)

Just being very organised today and pinned all my earrings to cut up pieces of card and put them in a heart shaped pot my mum got me as a little treat. (tkmaxx £2). :)

Ooh not heard of that is a cheap version of St Tropez? Will have to have a look next time Im in there! i love fake tan in the summer but Im not very good at putting it on lol

Igo a nice honey shade from the sun but i try to stay out of it as I dont want to end up like a leathery handbag when Im 40 (or get worse) ha

ETA Dove gradual tanning lotion is really good and doesnt go streaky I just never spend enough time on myself to do it every day even though I have 2 bottles in the bathroom (rolls eyes

I am really bad at applying fake tan...I have a mitt thing I got from the body shop and try to use the ones that have a pigment to it so you can see where it goes iykwim? Im still bad though because I dont moisturise enough prior. I really should start dedicating some more time to myself.
