I've got DS2 off today, temp last night and sore throat, though he says hes too ill to go to the docs:o theres a lot of bugs ding the rounds at the minute

There is lots about! Dd (she's 3) was poorly/off colour for 3 weeks recently. I got her some Minadex and she's eating like a horse now, which is unheard of ;)
sorry to hear about your dress lost, I hate it when labels say one thing and my body says another. I'm a 10 and I've got clothes 8, 10 and 12 which fit, and recently even bought a size 14 dress because of the way it fitted. Very annoying :(

    Have fun baking daisy :)

I am now wearing clothes from a size 12 to 16.......guess I'm somewhere in the middle. Surely it can't be rocket science for them to standardise the sizes??!

Daisy - did you make Twinks Hobnobs?? I make those and they're yummy.

Well the sunshine has gone and my flaming boiler is on the blink! Only had it installed in October so a man from Baxi is meant to be coming today......

    Outfit for today:
    long sleeved bottle green t-shirt
black tunis with brown & green leaf/flower print
    black leggings
minky coloured mary janes with a bow fastening
brown cord military style jacket and brown scarf

I was going to wear my boots as lets face it spring has to come eventually and then I won't be able to wear them.....but fancied shoes for a change. I have some pop socks on though. God they're sexy!!! :rotfl::rotfl:

Izzy- I used to work in nurseries, they do tend to have very bizarre uniforms don't they?

I really want to do some baking soon but I seem to have used up most of the baking cupboard ingredients and in typical dozy shopping mode last night I only remembered to buy self raising flour. Not much help!

    Outfit today consists of:

Flower print tea dress - Dotty P
Little black cardi, bright red tights and red cocktail ring - Primark
    Telephone necklace - Accessorize
Hippo earrings - courtesy of Char

And some bronze ballet pumps which are shortly to be replaced by the rather fab shoes I bought on my way to work - chunky heeled patent royal blue Mary Janes. Only £6 in the sale at Asda :)

Claire -Am feeling good that I have eventually got my finger out to list all the backlog of stuff on Ebay- much needed money heading my way :). Am actually happily surprised how much some things are selling for so it's worth it.

Lola and Daisy - Yummm to the thought of the cakes and biscuits... you didn't waft hard enough Daisy, maybe scratch and sniff should be invented for pix on the computer!!? oooh I think i may have to go to the bakers now :)

Queen- lovely outfit:) Your weekends bargain boots look great.

    I've been Money Tipped!
I asked on th toiletries thread but no one seems to know yet, I thought one of you might....

I have some John frienda honey - caramel blonde highligh treatment. (luminous colour glaze). I have at some point picked this up off a clearnce shelf...but it specifies it as being for darker shades of natural, colou treated or highlighed blonde hair.

I don't know whether I should use this or not: natural hair is very dark blonde(aka mouse I think! ;)) I have, ATM, chocolate, copper, strawberry and reds running through, with also a couple fo very, very light blonde bits. I'm worried should this dull the red and darken the blonde.....

    anyone know?
