Went into Primark after work today, but it was absolutely heaving so I didn't stay long. Came out with a lovely black sequinned beret reduced to £2 tho. They also had silver, pewter and gold.

I'm having a lazy night tonight, got a choc brownie and a bottle of cold white wine waiting for me, and just about to settle down to watch a couple of horror films.

Retro, has your night improved any yet? I'd make OH do extra penance and get him to go buy some vodka!

I like the tshirt Kandipandi. I got some shoe boxes like that from Home bargains, but they were just plain. I love those ones though, I'm going to have to see if I can track some down. Really need to get my shoe storage sorted out. :o

For the butterfly fans, I bought this from H&M last week. I loved the colours and it's dotted with tiny little sequins, and it was only 7.99.

Anyway, my wine is calling. Have a good weekend everyone.

Judgejaq - I might have to have one of those butterfly tees, its lovely and I like the price!
Got a bit of a butterfly fetish this is my favourite bit at the minute, its a hair clip I have had it for years and I sometimes use it as a brooch on a chunky cardie:

Judgejaq I bought that very same beret today in Liverpool (on my blog along with the other things I bought), I toyed with the idea of the silver one, I liked that it was matt rather than shiny but I restrained myself. I know I'll wear the black one loads as I'm trying not to wash my hair so much so the dye doesn't fade so I'll be wearing hats a lot more often!
I used to have that butterfly hair clip, I think my daughter 'borrowed' it and I've not seen it since! I'm also a member of the butterfly fan club, in fact both my tattoos are of butterflies. Which reminds me I really must get around to some more ink, I have so many plans but I'm not keen on putting myself through the pain any more.

lovely butterfly hair clip/brooch. I'm going to pop into the charity shops tomorrow for a last minute mad hunt for something to pin my fluffy scarf/shawl together tomorrow night, hopefully I find something just as interesting

Alex, you're right, its so nice to have sales assistant who are so helpful! well I suppose she must have taken pity on DH who was running all over with a printed picture of the shoe boots :rotfl:

Loving all the photos you girls are sharing! I love to see snapshots of the stuff you're talking about.

I'm having a much needed quiet night after a mental week at work. I had a house full of boys earlier but they've gone to the pub so I'm making the most of it! Today I wore:

    Skinny jeans
    Black long line tee
Black and cream polka dot crop top
    Cream cardigan with sequin lapels
    Nude leather pumps
    Cream and pink bangles
    Pink floral corsage

    Hope you're all okay! :) x

£50!! I got my gold butterfly necklace for £2.00 from ebay!

    This one:

Yep, way overpriced - I wouldn't even pay half of that. I am trying to find a pic of it on the net but no luck so far - I guess it is still hot off the press.

Wow, what a bargain and a lovely necklace. I am struggling to find good buys like that on eBay although am bidding on something atm - willl post a pic of it if I win (it is not butterfly related). Hubby said that mother-in-law or brother-in-law can pay for it for my birthday if I win it.

Fellow butterfly lovers - I like these from Urban Outfitters (but not sure if I like them in black).

Oh I love my new bikini! The shape of it is just perfect. The shape of me, however, is not.. Summer toning plans begin with my no spend plan on monday. It's red and white polka dot and looks VERY nautical with my swallow tattoo, I love it. :) At £7 I think it's the most i've ever paid for a bikini.
The new dress is really nice too. It sits on my waist so nicely but is still floaty. Perfect way to end spending for a while.

hello and goodnight girls...bit late getting on here. had a shopping trip out to Stirling and bought some fab new jeans from Zara. I have hardly any jeans and have started to panic lately about the impending summer and having to bare my pale fat short legs... so these were seen, tried on and purchased for me by my lovely OH. They're kind of baggy peg leg style with big roomy pockets and in lovely soft denim.. I love them and not bad at £25. Also bought tights, grey and burgundy opaque and a pale pink flower pendant from Primark at £2.50. On the way home stopped at a little CS in one of the villages and picked up a BNWT dress from Debenhams for £2. It's quite cute in a bright green, black and white print, but a bit short- might have to wear with leggings.

I hope to update my blog tomorrow with my buys :).

It looks it but you can't tell really. Is it worth risking it? New ones are £50.
Do you know 21cm will fit you?

I love them though. Here is mine. (mainly built up on my 18th)
