Sheesh, don't talk to me about 'over-the-shoulder-boulder-holders' - I despair at bra shopping:mad:. Can hardly ever get one to fit properly and end up having to take about 20 into the changing room (all various sizes) in order to look remotely 'perky'
!
That's what comes of having 3 children and yo-yo dieting. Still, at least they're hidden away and only have an outing once in a while :rotfl::p

I find that it's getting easier to get bigger sizes in small backs though, 5 years ago 32D was a diificult size to get, 10 years ago if you needed a C cup you had to go up to a 34 back.
I don't have any problems finding 32DD now thankfully although I suspect my cup size will go down soon so don't want to buy too many bras. I am a bra horder, been having a sort out and don't know why I hang onto bras that don't fit anymore!0 -
I'm not sure i'm dainty and feminine enough for a maxi dress...
Does anyone have a Republic near? They had some nice looking ones.0 -
Oooh I have been wanting a maxi dress for ages but refuse to pay the price they all seem to be, I'm hoping to find a second hand one somewhere.0

Isn't that funny? I'm exactly the same height as you but from looking at blog photos I'd have said you were much taller!daisybella wrote: »totally agree,
Nicole Richie instantly springs to mind as maxi dress queen
(other than Goan)
and she is 5 ft nothing!
But she is also very skinny. I don't want to look square!!0 -
I'm half tempted to make one. By that I mean beg my Mum to bring her machine here next week and she can make me one!
Actually I might do that, she's got far too much material for her own good, I'd be doing her a favour lol!0 -
I'm 5 foot 2 1/2 inches, does that make me queen of all the little people?0

I wear them, I'm chunky. I fine, they actually, soften blocks. If you go for a light and float fabric the breeze can play with the dress does the work. V necks, lowish cut also help.
watch out, your colleagues might call you a girl again.:D0 -
