eeek, just looked in the mirror in the toilet, and that awful grey vest top from primark is riodiculously see-thru, as well as being awful :(

Oh no :( I'm definitely going to have to layer the two I've bought or just not wear the white one as the quality is terrible.

  • Hello everyone,

not sure if you'll remember me, I am notoriously bad at remember passwords, but I have just managed to finally get round to resetting this one. Hope you are all well though, I have been keeping up with some of you in blogland.

The 'no spending' took its toll at the weekend and I kind of went a bit bonkers on ebay, managed to buy eight dresses :/ However, they are all (hopefully) beautiful and I've set myself a little blog challenge for the month and will try to share them with you (if they turn up!) I'd been a bit deterred from outfit posting due to some very personal attacks on my appearance elsewhere on the internet, but I am resolving not to let the !!!!!!s grind me down

    Me today:
Bright pink 'Free' dress (bought in 1996 from a concession in Miss Selfridge - the fact this now fits again is a triumph :) )
Gold and enamel clasp clinch belt (Topshop)
    Black cardigan (Gap)
    Tan Mary Janes (New Look)
Tweed Coat (ebay) (because it is blinking freezing here today)

hi, RW and welcome back :)
i know what you mean about outfit posting, it can take a lot of courage to start with, but once i started to get used to it, i didn't seem to feel so bad about it..

Lost - how goes it with the house?

Fine ATM thanks! Now that we've exchanged the costof essential works look bigger, but that was inevitable for a [STRIKE]skinflint[/STRIKE] Moneysaver. Our bedroom has a loft htch which DH has suggested one day might be a route to a big wardrobe.... whole loft of clothes etc. :)

Oh I hope we get to see them soon :)

Lost - A whole loft full of clothes? Oh that sounds like heaven!

I think my aim is just to get through today without my brain falling out of my ears. I've only been off work for a few days but feel like it's been weeks!

Couldn't agree more, however it feels like Monday today at work, but we are half way through Tuesday so that's a bonus!
