I have been stuggling this week with time off work so easier to pick at the cupboards but I did joing the gym and donw three half half sessions.

Something worked as I lost another 3lbs :j :j :j. Only one more lb for half a stone . Still got about 36 to go but Im not thinking of that!

do you know i just want to lose about 10 more pounds but tbh i will be so happy just to see 11st anything ! only 6lbs to go!

Good to hear you dont have much to go. I think those are the worst pounds to lose. Im still in newbie mode.

Can anyone help me, I have bought a pack of low fat super noodles sweet thai chilli flavour and 2 mug shots, one is chicken and the other sweet and sour.
