    I lost 0.5 lb :D Very happy with that, only just on the overweight borderline now :D

    I have been stuggling this week with time off work so easier to pick at the cupboards but I did joing the gym and donw three half half sessions.

    Something worked as I lost another 3lbs :j :j :j. Only one more lb for half a stone :). Still got about 36 to go but Im not thinking of that!

    Good to hear you dont have much to go. I think those are the worst pounds to lose. Im still in newbie mode.

    now i'm stuck in nowing what naughty things i can actually eat which i wish i didn't!

    Can anyone help me, I have bought a pack of low fat super noodles sweet thai chilli flavour and 2 mug shots, one is chicken and the other sweet and sour.
