Does anyone know if the cheesy Mug Shots have syns and if so how many? I reckon they do but can't find 'em online

It's 2 syns on green and EE and 13 on original

Just a silly question, when you start your dieting what happens if you are not your target weight when your dress arrives? Do you still try and lose weight and alter it late on or just stay the weight you are. Just asking as i'm thinking about alterations as I was 4 lbs lighter than now when i ordered my dress and planned to lose another 4 .My dress will be due in in May and I don't think i'll be my target weight by then but am worried about leaving the alterations too late.

can anyone tell me where to get fat free fromage frais or fat free creme fraiche? i can only find the reduced fat stuff!! :mad:

I usually get fat free fromage frais in morrisons- i've never found fat free creme fraiche anywhere.. but the reduced fat stuff is usually not too bad syn wise.

must try morrisons for the fromage frais, i looked last time but couldnt find it but i did have a small child nagging me at the time!

in the book it also has fat free salad dressing but i am yet to find a syn free one:o

I used to get one... trying to remember what make it was. May have been a morrisons own... a sort of herby vinagrette. Can't remember, sorry!
