I joined last week and lost 3lb this week :j. Love the easy option although I have been on green but for today. It meant I could have a bit more freedom. Lost halfa stone in a few weeks seven years ago but had to stop so I have some experience.

Not felt hungry and had more energy and even my skin feels better all in a week.

You guys have done so well dispite the odd set back which TBH I think everyone has.

I lost 3lb this week:j That was with a full day out saturday eatin gout for lunch and dinner and drinking!

Gonna struggle this weekend as i am away for the weekend but will try keep as much control as i can. So weight loss from slimming world is now 5.5lb and total weight loss since july 2009 is exactly 2 stones!

AAAAHHHHHH Easter eggs everywhere!!!!!!! Its torture, wouldnt be that bad but ive got my weigh in tomorrow on bank holiday monday xx

easter weekend hmmm

yesterday i had lasagne with chips and salad from a pub then double cheese burger and chips for dinner at 10pm and 2 slices of cakes during the day

then today i have had chicken and bacon with chips and onion rings at frankie and benny's

and a chocolate easter egg and 3 flakes

I lost 2Ib last week. But have been terribly bad this weekend as it was my birthday on Friday and have continued the celebrations over the weekend... back the wagon tomorrow.

Lost half a pound this week, trying not to be disapointed as ive really seemed to struggle this week. Not been at work this week so ive been at home with the kids all week. What with easter eggs, 2 trips to the cinema and a work lunch at nandos i shouldn't complain too much. hope everyone else is having a better week xx
