gosh I am hungry.....have got to go and have a weigh in at SW, haven't been for about a month :eek: so no food until after that. To be honest Im only loosly following it now, more healthy eating and lots of exercise

Claire-if your dog is doing that to his ears, it may be worth looking to see if he has ear mites.
jack has always suffered with his ears and we have to keep getting them checked but i think a lot of the scratching is habit now too, if he will let me i'll have a look in his ears later, hes being very tempramental today, think it may be a trip to the vet to spend money i haven't gotBoiler pot £30.92/£10000
