y'know why i think i am reticent... email from GM the other day, he's home on the 31st march and he loves me... that was pretty much all it said. but i think it's playing on my subconcious mind...
in actual concious mind i'm not thinking about him much... and i almost want to have moved on by the time he gets home, which is not to say i should settle for safe or boring.... but i wonder if my subconcious is stalling me so i am waiting for him....
Freud would have a field day with me!
Well you can keep your options open I guess.. is he home for good/ a decent amount of time after March?

Afternoon all-how are we all??I haven't been around her much lately...what have I missed??
TBH,I'm finding it really hard adjusting to DH being home all the time. I've had 25 years or so of him being here for a few days, then away for 7-10 days...I am used to just doing my own thing without "interference"....does that sound odd??Also (If I'm being honest)I am just a weeny bit jealous of my mates whose DH are still flying..ones just got back from S Africa, did a safari, another off to Mauritious on sunday...I'm here in the rain.......Debt-free...and staying that way...0 -

Welcome to my world!
Its a massive change in life for you now...sorry great suggestions but just make a MASSIVE list of jobs for DH????Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
Thanks Bun-he already has a mahoosive list of jobs! To be fair, I hardly see him,as he's in the garage all day long...but I feel I have to be here to make tea, lunch, moral support etc....and it's driving me crazy with boredom!!!!!I'd usually head out for a spot of retail therapy, but we just have to be a little careful as we are living off a pension now (and I get it drummed into me contstantly!!)..and I'm really missing hopping off on trips too...
I know I have a lot to be grateful for, but is it ok for me to miss my "old" life??
On another note-I have a long dress "MIA"...Debt-free...and staying that way...0 -
