    oh what a nasty dream!!

well my dog decided to wake me up 4 o clock this morning, scratching his ear, he doesn't know when to stop then he starts yelping and carries on scratching? plus he was running riot over the furnature, so i had to come down and lock him in the kitchen. Then went back to bed and he started barking cause he didn't want to be left in the kitchen, so i had to get back out of bed and come down and tell him off :( plus hed had an accident in the living room so had to clean that up too

then when i got up again at 7 the cats had tipped the cat litter all over the floor and had got into the food waste bin, so i've just had to clean that :(

sat down having a quiet 5 mins and a coffee (boys just left to catch bus) then i need to retreive the throw and cushions from all over the living room to put back on the settee after the dogs mad half hour :(

I could really do with crawling back to bed but got to go to barry with mum for her to have her reflexology.

not had a good start to the morning again have i?

update on nathans knitting he has managed to do a square and cast it off but the last stitch keeps unravelling the whole lot again :( gonna go to library tomorrow to see if i can get some books

  • morning, am off with the "hangover" of the migraine I had yesterday. just siting very still after eating breakfast. feel like the side of my head will cave in if I move too fast. also when I woke up my arm had gone dead (pills make me sleep so heavy) and I couldn't move it properly scared the life out of me.

boss hasn't e mailed to say he has my work. so stressed. going to bed oops he just texted. sleep now.

    see you later. xx
    Nevertheless she persisted.
  • Congrats Gem!!! Wonderful news hun!!! xxx

Claire-if your dog is doing that to his ears, it may be worth looking to see if he has ear mites.

Morning all, hugs to everyone feeling meh.. quiet day for me today I think as nothing is working in the office (phone, fax, finance system...)

Snow has more or less melted here - it did start again last night about ten minutes after I went out for a run, managed 8 miles though :D

Morning all, bit of a mooch before going to the Quacks to be told off about my Cholesterol.
My diet in the last two years has been so much beter than it used to be ( cholesterol count used to be in the low 7's!!!) and my count was down to about 6 last year.
Virtually no fried food of any sort, almost nil takeaways and plenty of veggiebubbles. Oh well...
