    Ok....well weigh in wasn't too bad. Didn't lose anything but didn't gain anything either. Very relieved considering what I ate on Friday and Saturday nights.

    judi, i always have written, so when I get an idea i just run with it, and that was an idea from the train. I'm sick of people and their one-sided views on mental health, and this is my way of protesting. Katsu, if it's thought provoking I hope its done its job
