    It is quiet on here tonight! Although I don't post often I do lurk ALOT! so have read about how you admirably cope with you mental illness Elfen. Your poem is very profound and I don't doubt for a second that the problems and predjudices you face in our health service are very distressing - do you get involved in any of the mental helath organisations that could publish this kind of writing - it would do alot of good for people working in the health service to read work like this!

    Had a really rubbish day today so ended up eating 2 cadburys bunnies & a chunky kit kat on the way to other halfs tonight! Not really the best thing to do but i just needed it as i`ve been so stressed today got weigh in tomorrow too...
