I have been taking high strength Vit C every day and taking Echinacea in fortnightly spurts.

I have suffered from these recurring throat infections since we moved into the new build at work, I am almost convinced that it has something to do with the air conditioning re-cycling all the germs around the college.

    Lou,
It helps if you can find out the air exchange rate from someone in design and maintenance. We were in a new build council building a few years ago and people kept having headaches and throat infections, and basically they'd skimped on that.

i'm still here too - just looking for sites related to creative writing and mental health - found some interesting stuff - but i'm sure you have seen it all Elfen. can't find anything specifically about publishing for helthcare workers - but there must be some way!!! we have a group of adults with learning disabilities performing a play written by them at a training workshop- the aim being to help us understand thier needs and problems and what it feels like to be a patient from thier perspective- i'm sure there must be groups like that that you could write for related to mental illness- i know there is a need!
