Enjoyed the bulletin this morning :T- sorry about the insomnia. I've been there myself with stress and worry and it aint funny! Some nights I didnt go to bed at all, just lay on the sofa watching any old carp on telly. Now I can get to sleep ok but wake up about 4am. Im not stressed tho - its just me! Im on steroids at the mo for my Crohns and they are making me a bit hyper - hence the early rises, at least the mornings are getting lighter!:T
Anyhoo, I had a NSD yesterday,:j so I've just one to get to meet target, yay! Small spend today, postage and some bits but I WILL BE STRONG folks
Well done to everyone, we all seem to be doing ok and hanging in there. Is just me or is March gong on for ever? Roll on Easter!
    Have a great day!
    Hi jintyb
Glad you enjoyed the bulletin, next one coming up below ..:D
Yeah, insomnia isn't funny at all:(. Been in the same position as you, it's gradually getting better, fingers crossed, but it's a long, slow process. Mind you, waking up at 4am is no joke either:( but, like you say, at least the mornings are getting lighter and it's not quite so bad.
Well done on your NSD on Sunday:j - one left, that's great:).
And, yes, March is draaaaaaggggggggginnnngggggg on:( 9 days to go:j

Well done boultdj - don't you just love it when that happens?
I reached my target today n'all and am feeling very very pleased with myself - it's been loads easier than February - I think the longer you do it the more little tricks you find to get out of paying for things don't you? (and no, I don't mean shoplifting!)Mulling my April target now - don't want to overstretch myself.....
:j:j:jWell done Treacly:j:j Know what you mean, btw, I've become very good at getting OH to "volunteer" to pay for things:rotfl:

    Hi everyone
You're all doing great, lots of NSDs today.
Well done to starnac (yes, I guess DHs picture will go on mum's fridge, that's normal!), coffeeholic (and hope you enjoyed your walk), toottifrootti (nice to see you back and hope you've recoved from the treatment), saorsie (ooh, like the sound of the yogurt, will give it a try), Lollypop75 (hang on in there!), pammyj74 (you can do it!), Justicenpeace (you'll get there!), gettingthereslowly, slowlyfading, wit40iwtwan, SarahNeedle1872, littlekel and cannp123165 (well done all of you!)
Hugs to elfen (hope you "enjoy" going to the gym, if that's the right word!) and LadyfromVenice (good to see you here again).
Managed another NSD as well, so pleased with myself today. Going out tomorrow to get the first of the many birthday pressies required between now and second week of April (I hate this time of the year:mad:). Wish me luck.

Good luck to everyone for tomorrow.

Glad you insomnia is improving, but yes, it does take time to get into some kind of pattern. Personally, some nights I just accept Im not going to sleep as well. Last night I woke up about 3 times and finally gave in and got up at 4.30! I'll crash and burn @ 1.30 ( not handy when you're at work LOL)

Just popped on to say hi and that I'm going for a NSD today as that will mean I will hit my target!

Have a lovely day all:) x
