Am soooooo determined that I'm gonna have a NSD today that I'm declaring early ie now - going along with the thinking that if I then do spend, I'll have to confess on here etc etc - am sure you get the picure so - deep breath # 5 for me!
-s-
You can do it Saorsie
I know what you mean..whenever I think of spending, I always think of all our NSD buddies on here. Great motivation to do the best I can.
Good luck.0 -

Today is NOT a NSD!!!!!!!!!!!
Have already spent money
£1 cinema ticket offer (see MSE Email) as am planning to see new Alice film in next week or so. Or Lovely Bones. So now will just have to wait until ticket arrives.
Also need to buy food for this weekend. Can't do it tomorrow as am working at work 9-5 (but not Dolly Parton stylie BigMummaF - I just don't have the chessops) and then am working at Dancing Club from 7-11 with no time inbetween to do shopping. Can't do it Friday as BF finishes work before I do and ends up texting me 'Done the shopping' and then never lets me know how much I owe him. Grrrrrr........so today it has to be, sadly a non-NSD. However I do have a 'Spend £20 and get £4 off' for Sainsburys. DING DONG. Have drawn up a very strict list. I can't tell you what a pathetic thrill it is when I get that receipt and see £4 off the total. I need to get a life..............0 -
NSD 2 yest - was planning another one today but thanks to a puncture on my stupid tyre I have to spend to buy a new one! Stupid Car!0

Hi there, thanks for your replies - well I stuck to my guns and didnt go! I dont mind if its for someones birthday/leaving do , but this was just an ad hoc "we're all going for lunch" thing. Anyway, they were going to Wa**aburger, which I love but isnt v good for my tum (I have Crohns disease) so that was my excuse.
So it was a hard fought but successful NSD for me - phew!:j On the plus side - I found €20 note stuck in a little pocket in my purse, from about 4 yrs ago - that was the last time I was in euroland, so I promptly took it into the Post Office on the way home and got £16 for it - yay! Result eh!:rotfl:
Well done for sticking to your guns, that was a toughy. Fantastic £16 surprise too :T
Yesterday was NSD number 3 for me. I've haven't gone out as planned today as LO is poorlybut it's still been a SD as I had to call at the chemist and get her some more infant paracetamol.
