  • Here's a pic of my dress. I got lots of compliments on the day because it was unusual. I've had a look at the dress today and I can't see any beading missing or stitching wrong. I just don't know what to do with it now!

Allfordress always offer free UK postage.
How can you been charge postage near £20.00?

None of dresses have been posted from 23rd Dec 2011 to 3rd Jan 2012 due to holiday.
How can you receive dress posted on 29th Dec?

Please make sure the correct place you have ordered dress from.
I just found the title you wrote alldress.co.uk which you ordered the dress from.
But it isn't same as allfordress.co.uk

    Many thanks
  • Hi If I were you.

I heard about you from my colleague, her daughter didn't want to pay over the odds for a wedding dress. She told me a friend of her daughter recommended you to her.

My colleague said she received her daughter's dress the other day and she took pictures on her phone and showed me, it's a 50s style dress with flower and beads detail to the left side of the waist area. My colleague checked over the dress and she said it's very well made and the detailing is lovely.

I myself will be starting to go and try on some wedding dress this Saturday!

I am worried of buying over the internet but I feel more at ease when i saw those pictures. Just have to hear back from my friend if her daughter is happy with it.

  • I have been told that allfordress is the same as inspiration Bridal ? Is that true. I ordered through Inspiration bridal. The dress don't get me wrong is beautiful, the fabric doesn't feel cheap. However when i ordered it i had sent photos of the alterations i wanted made to the back of the dress. It didn't happen so i have had to pay extra with a seamstress to make the back i actually ordered. I did get offered a refund. But i also needed some trimming lace to get the back made how i wanted, i was told this would take 10 days, it has been like 2 weeks and they aren't even replying to my emails now. Really starting to panic. Everything had been fine until i had to talk to them regarding a problem
  • I used all for dress. Ordered a wedding dress end of April and it arrived today. The dress is amazing. So well made and fits beautifully. I was a little reserved when we ordered I mean you email your measurements chose your dress and send your money.

However I received loads of contact lettinge know when etc I should expect the dress to arrive. And then it did and all I can say is wow !

I would defo recommend allfordress to anyone,

Found this thread whilst searching for reviews in this company.
A friend bought hers from the showroom in Bromborough not so long ago, the dress was really nice & I wanted to buy one myself.
However, I contacted allfordress by email & they say its online only now, added to the fact that they seem to have changed their name again to inspiration Bridal (that's at least 3 name changes that I've been told about!) it all seems rather dodgy!
I'm not accusing the business of anything underhand but as a potential buyer it doesn't inspire confidence when they give you a PO box address & refuse to let you view any sample gowns....hmmm anyone else have any experiences?
  • I'm hoping that someone can help me I know this thread is old but like fool brought from this company a bespoke dress and it's horrendous ripped loose stitches ect
There refusing to refund or help in anyway only way forward is small claims court but only have a po box which your carnt take through the courts so need a correct postal address any advise will be appreciated
