Anyone used allfordress.co.uk???

I received my dress from them a few weeks ago, and am really, really happy with it. Before I ordered it, I contacted a couple of previous customers directly through ebay, and they were very positive about their dresses and the general experience too.

A friend of mine tried unsuccessfully to use this site for her dress - had to send it back twice in the end at her cost as it was a state, holes everywhere! I would not go near All For Dress with a barge pole to be honest. And those of you who have had bad experiences, I would do what my friend is currently doing and approaching trading standards.

Wooo! My dress is ready! I'm going on Saturday for a fitting! If nothing needs altering I'll be bringing it home the same day and getting some pictures up for you!

Ooooh exciting! Did you get the dress that day? What was it like? Are you able to upload a picture? Questions, questions, questions lol

I am also looking on ebay at allfordress, but am wary - had been looking at landybridal as well....there is a massive thread on here about them - am a bit undecided about which one I take a gamble with!!!

I must be slightly mental, but have booked a wedding for end of April this year, so don't really have time to order in a dress from a bridal shop, so ebay shops seem to be the way to go...!

I received my dress from there just over a week ago-it's so lovely!

I need it taken in a bit, but that is mainly because I added an inch on all measurements, as recommended by most people who found out I was getting a made-to-order dress.

The dress is similar to a Candy Anthony dress I had my eye on, but really couldn't afford spending half of what we were spending on the hotel, on a dress! So instead spent £200 and I am not disappointed. I feel like a complete and utter princess in my dress!

The only issue I did have, was that the dress was bundled up, so I've had to buy a dress cover for it and hang it in the shower room to steam out the creases. Other than that, go for it!

Just wanted to say that I received my dress the other week and I could not have asked for a more beauitful, original and well-fitting dress. I admit I was slightly nervous ordering it online but i read some positive reviews before confiming my order. The detail in the dress is beautiful and the value for money is beyond excellent. I am getting married in a month and I am delighted with a dress which not only suits and fits me but is different to any dress that I have seen in any bridal shop. Would wholly recommend All ford dress.

:jI have just bought my daughters prom dress from this company having found them through ebay. I was very worried as the dress arrived three days before the prom ( I paid extra to have it delivered in 5 weeks instead of 7). My daughter had no fitting -I just sent in the measurements asked for on the site. The dress is fantastic - really well made and a perfect fit and very unusual. She had loads of compliments and had a great time - and all for less than £100! That is VFM as she can use it again .I will definitely go back there for me and my daughters.:T
