must jsut be me as they were really helpful with all questions answered them straight away and doesn't seem that bad feedback.
aren't most dresses made in china anyway?0 -
4 negs out of 43 transactions is really bad!
Plus the comments about how badly made a couple of the dresses were.
They weren't as accomodating when I emailed them a few months ago as they kept dodging the question when I asked them were the dresses made in China.
I'm not knocking dresses made in China at all, but if I were to get one, this company would be the last I'd choose, and they are right on my doorstep practically.Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -

It is true. But have you noticed that this eBay account has only been use 2-3 months and no longer been used. One neg from someone returned the dress after wear. Another one didn’t know she need petticoat for dress and she didn’t contact us before leave feedback.
I know it wasn’t looking good to start business on ebay. So I decide no longer to use this account.
Thank you very much to find out this and give me a chance to explain.Ummm, poor use of english, caps lock on, first poster, this smells like:

I feel really really sorry to bargin_hunter27. she was one of my customer. Her wedding dress is C107. Her bridesmaids dress is P9019. She was trying to tell her experience after she saw this post. “Poor use of English”, It is not nice words say to this Ordinary British Girl.

We don’t need hide anything. As in bridal industrial everyone know 99% dresses are made from china. Those dresses can be sold up to £2000. What you have paid. It’s the label.

I don’t mind to be avoided. But none of members from this post have brought dresses from ALLForDress except bargin_hunter27. We sold our dresses to high street bridal shop. Can they choose us to supply dresses If quality of dress wasn’t good enough?
Thank you for reading this.
I know my English is poor as I am not English.

Just thought it would be helpful to let you know about my experience with this company as most people who have posted on this forum havn't actually bought anything from them. I bought my wedding dress from them just before Christmas and could not be more pleased with my dress. Unfortunately I live too far away to be able to visit the showroom but Ann was really helpful when I emailed her. My dress arrived within 6 weeks as stated on their site. I was a bit worried about getting a dress I had never seen or got properly measured for but when it arrived I was so pleased, the dress is stunnning and so unique. It was custom made in the colour I requested and it fits perfectly. It could pass for a dress that cost 10 times what it actually did. I don't know where the dress was made but I don't think that matters, it's a beautiful dress wherever it was made.
I have no links to the company, I'm not a friend of a friend or anything who is trying to help out the company but I'm posting this as a genuine customer. I don't like getting ripped off or poor quality so I wouldn't be posting this if I hadn't been so pleased with my dress. I would highly recommend allfordress if, like me, you are a bride to be looking for a dress that is a good price but still unique, well made and good quality.0 -

Umm, so a first time poster comes across MSE (a Massive site with loads of boards), then finds our little wedding board and just signs up purely to promote your company and doesn't post any where else on the whole site, wow what is the chances of that.?
Sorry, no actually NOT sorry! A first poster, defending a company that others have concerns about, typing in poor use of English to the point of being difficult to read, in capitals, smells like Spam. I think she'd find calling her 'ordinary' more offensive, no-one wants to be that.:rotfl:Ahahah got my signature removed for claiming MSE thought it was too boring :rotfl:0 -

If this post was buried in”MSE”, I won't be bother that much.
Fannyann, You are right. I am new here. I never thought to get in this wedding board. Can you please search “allfordress” on google? You will understand why I am here. This post is only behind my own website at second place after Google search. That was really annoying me. Specially when you put lots effort and spend lots time on that, It just like my baby. Really don’t want her to be hurt. I have to be here.
Thank you very much for understanding.
Hope that is my last reply.0 -
Hiya.
I've never posted on a chat forum before, so , please go easy on me, lol.
I bought my dress from cheshire Showroom through ebay in November. I cant comment on other people's experiences, I just wanted to tell you about mine. My experience was a good one. I took a risk when buying my dress as I didnt go to visit them, I had only seen the picture on e-bay. Lukily I knew the style would suit me from previous dress shopping. Dress shopping wasn't a good experience for me, Im a size 24 and not many shops had dresses my size.
I instantly fell in love with my dress when I saw the picture. It arrived within 5 weeks, and fits like a glove. Hides all my lumps and bumps, makes me look like I have a flat stomach. Im so happy with my dress, I really cant wait to wear it for my wedding.
Ann was so nice to me, even when I forgot to send some measurements, lol.
I dont know where the dresses are made. I would recomend Cheshire Showroom/All for dress to anyone.
Thank you for reading.

If I was you, let me explain this properly!
If someone comes on to the board to ask advice about a dress company, there are thousands of people registered to use this board who can advise, therefore when someone appears with 1 post count say 'Ohhh this is brilliant' we will all view it with extreme caution. As you say 'google' any company, and MSE will probably pop up in the searches. This particular board suffers terribly from Spam making it very difficult to believe a 'single' posters recommendation. Go through a few threads to see this is a problem. If you want to defend your company then fine, just don't expect us not to question it. Any savvy internet user will want answers to questions, and I am inclined to follow the advice given by a long term user rather than a first poster. We suffer from companies sourcing dresses from china, 'hiding' behind a UK address, using MSE to Spam us. If you want to help your business, stay and offer advice, just as a UK based dress maker has done on here, giving us excellent advice and NOT for her benefit but to make sure if one of us does decided to source a dress from China, we get the right measurements and ask for the right fabrics etc.:rotfl:Ahahah got my signature removed for claiming MSE thought it was too boring :rotfl:0
