Only problem is I just taxed my car for 12 months :(

I think you can reclaim tax or switch it to another car - have a look at the DVLA website.

Lady Liberty huge hugs for you today xx

Family room hotspot nearly sorted so having a cheeky cuppa whilst I do the last bit and then onto the floor mopping before the dirty feet come home.

Sending you a hug Sandy and one to you too Lady-L

    Welcome purpleclutterbuck

Swam up the spur road in the car and the pouring rain and picked up my parcel. Went at the right time I think as it's getting darker and darker and darker. I think we're in for heap big rain any moment now.

    Off to do some flying

[QUOTE=keys;30272273Between my 2 brothers at the weekend they managed to break my two Dyson hoovers that I have only had 3 weeks or so :( So ive had to borrow my friends hoover . Does anyone know where I can get cheap parts for my old dysons please ??

    [/QUOTE]

I got all my parts of ebay, they arrived really quickly and the dyson is working like a charm. HTH If it is under warrenty do it that way, if not ebay is great.

WM on again, wet bedding will have to go outside for awhile. All kiddies lifted and tape, pollyfilla bought for utility room. Just need to talk hubby into it now. He's tired from cutting PIL's hedge today but i want it done, so if he won't then i'll do it tonight when kiddies in bed.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

pigpen I don't know how you manage to stay so positive. Will you be able to get the council tax benefit backdated? Maybe see CAB about mortgage help?

I can't see the point in worrying about things beyond my control.. CT will be backdated. Mortage suff will be sorted evetualy.. I just have to put up with 10 calls a day from the bank

What can you do about KH?

killing him has crossed my mind but might be messy.. plus I am too lazy. He claims he has proof he has put money into the joint account.. unfortuanately the joint account says otherwise lol.. why lie when it is so easily proved?

You are probably like me with not much left to sell on ebay:)

I have loads I just can't be bothered to list it, it is such a faff for a few pennies.

For DD's b'day yesterday I gave her my mum's ring.
I took it to a gold buyer last week to see if I could get anything for it and it was worth so little I couldn't get the money I needed for a pressie. I then had a brainwave. A rare thing for me at the moment, and gave it to DD.

Great idea bet she was most pleased with it
sympathise with this, xH has decided that since he has spawned another, he doesn't have to support the first.

I've had this situation; cause was the 'orrible hard skin on Mr LW's heels.:eek: Cue me forcibly taking the foot file (like a ped-egg, but the old fashioned sort, with a handle) to him, and threatening that if he doesn't put foot cream on his feet, he'll be eating it.

    Er.... what else..... oh yes.....
