Rose - break it down into stages then it won't be as bad. Why not make yourself prep the veg while the kettle boils, even if you get nothing more done before dinner then it is one less job for your DH to do? How about a ten minute challenge to see how much you can get done? I will join you and make myself do something I hate doing - like cleaning the hob.'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0

Afternoon all! MIA as always, had DH’s DD down for the weekend – least said soonest mended LOL Just don’t know why she wanted to come down and then spend the weekend in her bedroom? Got her to play on the wii Friday with us for a while, then she went to her room. We took her and DD1 and DD2 bowling Saturday and she sat at the end of the bench and had her back to us all the time. Wouldn’t have anything to eat or drink, looks at you as if you are talking Swahili when you talk to her!!! I get the most conservation out of her and DH just can’t get his head around her at all. But hey – she at least wanted to come down. God knows what it would be like if she really had of come to live with us!!
Jinks – thanks lovely, I’m hereeeeeeeeeeeeee!
Greenbee – fab news on becoming an aunty
Ajmoney - happy belated birthday for yesterday as well as Master PenPen
Sandy71 – hope you are feeling brighter today, we are all here for you
Lou – well done on the job WTG you!
LL – saw about porkchop on FB – hope you are ok
Smartie - REST!!!!
Piggers – DD2 is a 34F (with being pregnant and they are growing before our very eyes!) we got her a couple from Asda and she says they are comfy
Rose – don’t get down honey, do the 10 minute challenges like Hex said
Have basically just s/s’d all weekend, we both had yesterday off and just did supermarket shopping and lounged about, though I did make a Sunday dinner even though it was Monday! To love and be loved is the greatest happiness of existance - Sydney Smith0 -

Same as me for dinner and following an exhausting couple of hours cleaning the kitchen, I WAS going to have a little rest on the sofa before the school run, but now you've made me feel guilty. Darn it, I'm gonna have to go peeling...
I must stop reading this thread...it makes me do things :rotfl::rotfl:If you have made someone laugh today... check your skirt isn't tucked into your knickers!!!:rotfl:SarahShattered wrote: »Mrs B you're a legend.0
