    Hello everyone.

So far I have emptied and filled DW, stripped beds, put WM and TD on, done food shopping and put it away. Trying to get ahead of myself so that I can take tomorrow off. DH has the day off and we want to go for a long walk minus moaning small boys .

Take it easy Smartie! Bean couldn't care less if you are super organised or not. I didn't listen at all and ended up spending three weeks on bed rest with a not growing baby. You wouldn't believe the state of the house when I got back ;).

Mummyof5 - is your poor back any better?
ajmoney - happy birthday for yesterday

  • Afternoon all :hello:

Natty – good luck for your MOT
Smartie – take things easy ok?
Vanilla – hope your DK’s feel better soon
Quillion/PigPen – I’ve got this fab stuff that lines the bottom of my oven, everything just slides off and makes cleaning so much easier! I do the baking tray lining too

Didn't really get much Flying done yesterday so looking to do 2 days worth today.

    Anyone fancy HHC 12:15 - 12:45
Need a good kick up the ar5e so feel free to shout abuse at me until I get Flying!

    Hugs to all

    xx

ETA - Sarah I am dreading going back to work but Jack enoyed creche when we went the other week so I am hoping he won't miss me too much!

Although they can and do miss us a bit, it is more often we who get worried about such things and suffer 'separation anxiety' more than the children. Try to relax and then your child will be relaxwed too when they are away from you.

Jinky - My hair looks really dark :(:(:(:(:(
I knew I shouldn't have bothered - hoping it lightens up by the time I go back to work in May.
I'm dead pale and have light eyebrows so dark hair doesn't suit!

Off to get my eyebrows tinted

Sounds like you have been making good progress Rose, are the ladies from your church still coming round to help?
Yes, they are coming next Monday evening.

Why am I paralysed with nerves about doing dinner? Why is cooking so hard for me? DH has been doing all the cooking lately and it's just not fair on him so I wanted to make the effort and cook tonight and am absolutely terrified. Just sitting here wanting to cry. My brain actually hurts and I'm getting really sleepy (my brain seems to shut down when I'm feeling stressed and it just makes me sleep). I thought if I tried to cook earlier in the day instead of at dinnertime I would be able to do it. But it's not working.

    I'm so useless.

I know what i've got to make and i just can't do it. Mince with onions, garlic, pasta sauce with lots of veg and pasta. It's not that hard really. I just feel so overwhelmed and so tired. Can't cope.
