Afternoon
Where has today gone?! Sunday school this morning, car dejunking (ready to swap on Tues), lunch at Mum and Dad's with 4 of the 5 SW's. Then this afternoon Miss A and I went to swap her school shoes, clarks daisy ones. The inner was rucking up under her foot, we got a different pair for £2 lessAlso bought cards for birthdays that are coming up over the next couple of months and a couple of presents so quite a productive trip.
Caught up on here and about to start on dinner.

Blimey I've been working all day and only crossed off a couple of things from the list Grrrrrrrrrr how frustrating. On a brighter note I put something on Eb@y and within an hour it had a bidder - just need a bidding war on it between now and next Sunday as the money goes towards either mini hol for me and DH or Xmas pressies for the kids - funds in Paypal stand at £40 so far and thats just for selling a few bits so will plod on with that me thinks [better than car boot prices]
Have a nice evening everyone, I'll be ironing once kiddies are bathed and in bed - DS needs de-licing AGAIN

Oh my goodness - I have a major CBA ... I'm so close to finishing off my remaining 3 stars - I need to clean the last bathroom (20 mins?); hoover all of upstairs (20 mins); chase DD's to clean their floordrobes (I think one has done it) and defrag this bloomin machine and I'm there.
Can someone please throw some inspiration (or a hefty slipper) my way to make me get up and go!!!0 -
Monday ~ Living/Family/Reception room ~ DONE
Tuesday ~ Kitchen & Dining area ~ DONE
Wednesday ~ Master Bedroom & Landing ~ DONE
Thursday ~ Study or other reception room & bathrooms ~ DONE
Friday ~ Childrens Rooms, Spare rooms Or just neglected spaces! ~ DONE
Well, it would appear I have done the stuff I am able to do from the list.. some removed because I am unable or it isn't there to be done!
Considering it has all been done today and I have done 9 loads of washing that's not bad going for everyone else in the house!
I just want the middle room vacuuming and I'll be happy.. the downstairs is actually presentable!

Can't get the heating to work... Boiler keeps locking out still, and the radiators never really get hot. Thermostat is clicking on about 12 if I move it down that far. And as the builders have kindly bunged all sorts of cr*p in the shed, I can't get to the step ladder, so there is no access to the attic to check the header tank... not sure whether BG will be much good if they can't actually check the system...
So I've eaten too many biscuits and now feel sick.
Let's hope the week improves...0 -
HHC was quite successful.
Oops, forgotten to check in and report. In my HHC I sorted 'hot spot' basket for papers and mended a mussive rip on DS2's jacket, caused by DS1 this week. Being busy me, I only noticed it today.... there was a delay in mending it, but there is no time wasted in explaining why they should look after their things, or esle, they would be dressed like two trumps!
Jacket mended, kids told off - time well spent.:D0 -
Awww greenbee you sound v.fedup - biscuits and tea sound nice.
Well I am off for a speedy 30min session on the bedroom list ready to claim the last star of the week
Got a bit distracted watching the cup final then had a bath so I'd better get a wriggle on to finish on time!
Then really will have tea and watch stardust on DVDfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550
