I moved to plusnet after getting good advice from here, and they can't be faulted. Was connected to internet within one week of ordering, great customer service, constant updates on my order sent by text and email and queries answered promptly. :Tconnection seems fine and reasonably priced too.

Me too, I've been with Plusnet for over 12 months and no problems (value £5.99 on Market 3 exchange) which is plenty for my downloading needs. Great support forums and you can choose to be emailed if Plusnet themselves are having any problems which might affect you and this is very useful, saves you messing about yourself when it isn't your end that's causing slow speeds etc. Was with AOL and Plusnet are a breath of fresh air in comparison.

I've been with Plusnet for 16 months now and they've been excellent. I pay £15 a month for 15 Gbs. I know I can get 10Gbs for £6 but I like to have that bit of leeway.

And thacky, I was with AOL previously also. I heartily agree with your last line. I phoned up for my MAC and they put me on a fresh 18 month contract....
