Hi, After 5 months of waiting for FOS to sort this matter out my wife has finally had a letter from FOS stating that they uphold in her favour :j, they also state that having informed Lloyds of thier decision they have had no responce from them so this matter will now have to be dealt with by an ombudsman, new stalling tactic ? The FOS have also awarded my wife £200 distress payment subject to ombudsman decision, has anybody else been in the same predicament ? Thanks
Hi there
Sorry to hear that, and yes lots have been in that same predicament and i note most of them are those of lloyds.
Hopefully your wife won't be waiting too long now, fingers crossed.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Hi there
Mine if i recall had taken less than a year and that was 2009, via Lloyds whilst it was with the adjudicator and my hubby's longer again, unfortunately the numbers are arising, but I'm sure yours will be getting that step closer, give them a call and ask for an update if you have not heard from them in the last 2 months, good luck. The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Hiya.
I have had issues in the past with these too, and no longer bank with them either.
That is some money coming back to your wife then.
Hopefully this will all be resolved sooner rather than later, fingers crossed.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
