Bombardier - was going to fill mine in today until OH noticed that your receipt had to be within 28 days of purchase to get your money - mine isn't and as you lot have not had your's I'm not even going to bother.

Also not had mine - nor have my 2 sisters or brother! Have emailed the promotion company but had a zero response! Might contact the brewers direct as it's really poor they haven't honoured their part of the deal (but could be the promotions company where the problem is)?
Any other ideas?????
