I think Ecover send them out in batches, so you should get yours soon. Most offers do state to allow 28 days (which is working days!), so if you haven't heard from them in a couple of weeks, then you could think about chasing it up.

i'd say about 4 weeks ago and it arrived last week. so took 3 weeks maybe less i used two address both arrived no problem

Got a postal order back for the Chicagotown pizza. It was really quick. Only took about 10 days.

Do you need to really rough up the scotch brite cloth before you send it back to show how poor it is? And if you buy a twin pack, does anyone know if you need to send them both back?
