Had my CafeDeli sandwich spread refund today - it was in cash - £1 coin, 20p coin and 2p coin taped to a bit of card. (99p plus 23p postage)
I like cash refunds, less hassle than cheques/postal orders.0 -

It's not a proper sort of promotion, just a "money back if not delighted" sort of thing, so I'm inclined to think you probably can't do it more than once.
I'm just speculating, though.
(Although I seem to recall it was them that refused a refund to one MSEr who applied twice - at two different addresses - but they moaned about the same handwriting etc. If they were that picky then, they still probably are!)0 -
Only noticed a "Try Me" thing on the can when I was about to throw it in the bin. It's the Asda smartprice Peeled Plum Tomatoes. Says on the can : Try me! YOu'll love me or your money back We want you to enjoy this product. If you don't, simply return it and get your money back. It's only 13p though. Still it is not limited to one per household so you could buy 10 to make it worthwhile to get the money back.:p0

Brindles01 just posted this on another board:Vimto have got 2 new flavours out - apple and orange and both varieties have a try me free token on. Proof of purchase is needed but they will refund up to £1.60.
(I love Vimto!)

It has been posted on the general freebie board that you can get a free sample of of filetti washing powder but when you go to the web site you can also print out a form and "Try for free" on a full size product. I don't think I have seen this sold in my supermarket but maybe you have, keep your eyes peeled its bright pink. Here is the link to print out the form for the try me free.
http://www.filetti.co.uk/
EDIT: The site seems to have its request afree sample and try me free forms a little confused, not sure if it will work, have a look and you will see what I mean, it seems to offer a free sample and then ask for proof of purchase for a refund on the same form, hopefully they will sort it.0 -

I had this problem too. Got a stroppy letter stating that they thought the handwriting was the same. Even told me the name and address of the other person with similar handwriting. Fortunately it was my MIL but surely they shouldn't be giving out those kinds of details0
