Was it really obvious from the receipt that it was R&R'd?

    Hi everybody,

I bought a piece of Port Salut Cheese with the sticker but I cannot find an address or phone number to submit the claim...

Can anybody help? I have googled Port Salut but found nothing useful...

Does anybody remember if it is the French address on the packaging?

    Thanks in advance

    J.

Hi, I got confused with this initially too, TCJEREMY, but the sticker has two layers, and the address and details of the offer are only revealed when you peel the laters apart. Fiddly though!

Just got back from Tesco where they have Dentyl Exhilaration mouthwash (the one that is two coloured liquids in the same bottle and you shake it) on

"Exhilaration guarantee or your money back"

Cardboard collar on the bottle. It was £3.99 and you have to tell them why it wasn't exhilarating in no less than 15 words. Send receipt and they will refund cost + 2nd class postage!

    EDIT

After tasting this, I can tell you now, you will not have a problem with the "exhilaration guarantee". The stuff is RANK and for £4 too!

I normally buy Plax in a bottle twice as big for half that price and in comparison, plax is amazing!

Well I went to Asda earlier, armed with my list, and proceded to buy 2 packs of Ecover, 2 Birds Eye steamfresh veg and meals and 2 packs surf. They had sold out of the mouthwash and did not seem to stock the glist or the teabags but that may be just as well as I had to do 6 separate transactions at the till as it was! Realised later that the surf was done by phone but I take it it can also be done online? Otherwise I am sure their callcentre will have caller number display which would give the game away when I gave a different address the second time?
Will try to pick up some more in the next few days but that should be enough to be going on with. Learned one important tip though - don't fill out the wee Birds Eye labels whilst watching TV - I have filled both out with my own name and address in error! Just hope the meal is nice now...

Is it 141 to withhold your number?

Should do the job, or call from a mobile!!!

    Thanks Morph2US

I emailed them and they simply provided me with an address to send the receipt to so I will do that. Then, when I phone, I can 'be' my MIL and give her address.

Meanwhile I have bought one of the mouthwash but have since realised it does not have a MBG sticker on it. Is there an address I can send the receipt to or does it have to be a specific bottle with a erturn slip attached to fill out etc?

    Thanks
