Found a leaflet at Sainsbury's today advertising 'Satisfaction Guaranteed Or Your Money Back' on any product from the Always Envive range.

"To claim, send your name, address and Sainsbury's till receipt with your reason for dissatisfaction to: Sainsbury's Always Envive Money Back guarantee, Dept PY395, PO Box 10, Diss, Norfolk IP98 1SP."

Offer closes 1st May 2008. One application per household. Applications should be on plain paper - no leaflet or promotional pack required. The above is exactly what the leaflet says, so there's no indication of whether postage will be refunded, word limits stated etc.

No. Unfortunately you also have to send the lid....with a promotional flash on it.
