I phoned up for persil as i felt it was disappointing on baby clothes, bibs, school trousers etc.

They asked me lots of questions - where did i put the tablets, what wash temp, size of wash, colour of clothes etc

I asked for a REFUND and received a postal order this morning. I think you have to ask for a refund or they automatically send vouchers. Very quick service.

Have tidied up the 2nd post a bit :o, and divided the offers into ongoing ones with no closing date (Surf, Persil etc) and the ones with closing dates, which I've tried to vaguely organise in chronological order, with the soonest closing dates first. Hope this will make it a bit more user-friendly. :A

Have realised we don't have closing dates for a couple of pet food offers (Gourmet and Wagg) so if anyone knows if these are still running or not, could you please let us know? :)

Cheers Dormouse! :T I don't think the Wagg offer ever stated an expiry date - just that the claim had to be made within 14 days of purchase. Haven't seen any promo packs for a very long time though!! :o

Got my Feel Good juice cheque yesterday - with no stamp on the envelope. Now, I've kept the T&Cs and they definitely say "Self addressed envelope" and not "stamped self addressed" (oh that old TMF problem ).

Have emailed them to complain - the promo is being run by our old friends at MKM, so I'm not surprised we are quibbling over 24p again.

On the plus side, the refund came with a 50p money off coupon off any Feel Good juice, even the small 250ml bottles. :T :j

I got mine back a few weeks ago. I didn't add a stamp and it was stamped (or franked - I forget which.)

Thanks, that was quick! :T :A I'll update the post then and leave it in, in case there still are promotional packs around somewhere. Besides, this seems to be an offer that pops up every few months/years anyway. :T

Not seen this one before. Emmi caffe latte cappuccino (flavoured milk drink) at Tesco. Try Me free sticker across the top states:

Send original foil lid (with use by date no later than 10 May 08), till receipt with purchase marked plus name and address, before 30 June 08. Refund up to max of £1.39 plus 24p postage (It costs 99p at tesco.)

It was in the refrigerated dairy section with the milk shakes etc.

    Hope this helps someone.
