Found some peachy coloured No 7 cosmetic bags, reduced to £2 (I think they were originally £8), picked up 3, and offered a £5 voucher.

The till bleeped, but the extremely helpful SA said "That's not right" and over-rode it, and with my discount, I paid 90p for all 3! :j

London was freezing first thing, but really sunny from about 11, so we walked miles and visited 8 branches! :T My friend saw an old No 7 Pedicure set on Clearance - I think they were about £15 originally, and this was marked £4.50, but the till registered £2.25, and this will make a nice Birthday gift for her SIL!

Incidentally, they have a new fruit item on the Meal Deals. You can get a pot with strawberries, apples, grapes and pomegranate seeds, and it's really tasty and only about 40 calories (none if you eat it sitting on the steps of Eros, in the sun, well that's my theory! ;)).

Hope everyone has a good weekend.

    xx

well done SS :) I haven't seen any of the peachy bags. I'm not sure what they look like! I did find some nice floral berry bags reduced:j The holdall was £2.50 and the beauty bag was £2 :)

My local has a sign above the pharmacy counter as the collection point but may vary from store to store. My local is a tiny branch.

I saw these today too. Also the shower cap reduced to 50p. So got the three items for Mum for Mothers Day and a new shower cap for me. I'll put lots of bits and pieces in the bags for Mum.

No question is stupid, if you don't know the answer! We were all Boots Virgins once upon a time - now we're just Ol' Tarts! ;)

My local branch is weeny, so I just ask one of the SAs and they go "out the back", and then I sign for it.

Over the last few months, the only signature they have is mine, so I suspect a lot of people don't even know about the facility.

Hope you like whatever you ordered!

Sally, the cosmetic bags are oblong, about the same size as the gold R & M bags that were on Clearance last year.

They are peach in colour, the same shade as the Bath Sumptuous box, with the swirly pattern. Something else to put in my cheer-up bags, in fact I think I'll cheer myself up and have one!

    xx

Well, so chuffed with my Boots trip today. Bought some Sanctuary stuff for MIL for mothers day which exceeded £10 go qualified for the GWP, used the SS till for the first time and got a No7 voupon. Happened to glance down beside the till and noticed 2 more voupons!!!! My first womble :j I then used one voucher to buy the heated eyelash curler (half price reduced to £7.49) and bought a No7 cleanser for DM for Mothers day which then qualified me for GWP WYS £22...and another voupon (all for £10ish). Used this to buy a moisturiser for DM, which earned me another voupon (are you keeping up!!!) which was used on my final purchase of some face wash for DH :T

I was so chuffed with myself when I got home, looking through my lovely haul, then noticed that I hadn't actually bought the eyelash curler but the compact trimmer instead :rotfl: as they were in the same type of packaging!!! Ah well, I feel another trip to Boots coming on tomorrow, and with my 2 voupons leftover, lets see what I come home with
    :D
