Anyone else struggling with the Helion training element? Feels like there is a screenshot/page missing prior to one of the questions. I made the mistake of pressing F5 and it registered that I had tried the test again.

Ahhh - missed a pdf prompt on the previous screen.

    Hi
A question for people who use edigital research and submitted an invoice in Feb:

has your invoice been processed yet?

I submitted mine on 19th and was surprised that no payment has been made for it, normally I see the money is on its way a few days before I receive it.

Just wondered if others are the same...

Mine was exported on the 19th and I got the cheque yesterday. I've noticed they keep taking the payment run off on the 18th or 19th rather than the 20th, so I've been submitting invoices earlier after I missed the payrun by submitting on the 19th.

What's the furthest that anyone has travelled for an MS job?

I've just accepted a job that is a round trip of over 400 miles! The mileage claim will be over £150 rofl!!

Around 700 miles round trip :D A company flew me down to Stanstead where they had hired a room for a training session.
Here I go again on my own....
  • Be careful everyone when you do the Helion training - I have pop-ups blocked on my PC and this training uses them. When I click to allow the pop-up it takes you back to the beginning of the training again - only it counts it as as "attempt" and you only get 3 attempts before you get barred.

I now seem to be barred before i've even finished the training! I've mailed Max hoping he can reset it for me, but if not then looks like I wont be able to do any work for him anymore just because my PC blocked the pop ups :(

Thanks Puzzcat. That clarifies that. I have read the first page numerous times, but there is a massive amount of info on there to remember! Please bear with us newbies, as all we want are simple answers from the experienced shoppers. Sometimes it comes across that us newbies are just a hinderance.:o

Just to clarify.. I too am a newbie.. but I have read lots and lots of this thread including the first pages, which is where the information you required was and is listed.. the payment methods are listed with the company names. I am more than happy to bear with anyone, I just feel sometimes that the people who put all the effort into GIVING us this information are not appreciated if people don't read it..

So apologies if you felt that I was sharp with you. But I have learnt a massive amount from reading the old threads and keeping up with the current thread so I don't have to ask toooo many questions and from doing this have progressed very quickly from 'the basic jobs'.. all thanks to the information on this site..

If you only submitted the invoice to them on the 19th, you have probably missed the pay run for this month as cheques are written around the 20th. It takes a few days for the invoice to be acknowledged by the accounts dept & verified before it is OK'd for the cheque to be sent. If you go to Invoices and Payments, you will see the status. The invoice you sent them will show as 'sent' (can't remember the section heading it is in) and when the cheque has been sent to you, it will move down the page to 'past invoices.' You will probably receive the payment this time next month.

I was late invoicing last month although I invoiced just before the 19th and yesterday, I received a cheque for that invoice as well as the one I put in this month IYSWIM!
