?? You get the reimbursement quoted anyway (not just the cost of the eggs) - maybe I'm misunderstanding though! Unless he meant to buy the cheapest thing so you're not out of pocket.

I wait and see what they offer me... usually just get offered a straight swap, so I try to buy something I will use anyway (e.g. milk). I did have a good one the other day though where they refunded my money AND replaced the product, with an extra one thrown in for the inconvenience. Now that's customer service :).

I've double checked my statement for January (now that I know where to find it) and I've definitely only been reimbursed for the eggs. Is this a mistake then?

I completed an assignment for this client with GR before. Sounds like they've changed the scenario a little. Lots of wandering round asking questions etc. GR seemed to use the same questionnaire as their supermarkets, so there was a question in there about food counters!

Money is the same overall, but a different split in fee/reimbursement. GR paid higher fees.

Can you do the depts in any order, and do you know if you can take children with you? It does seem like an awful lot of questions without actually making a purchase - it would be as though you've never been in a shop before! My local one is quite small and I would stand out like a sore thumb, although I was planning to buy an outfit from there next week anyway, so may apply just for that:j I was going to pay using vouchers - do you knw if this is okay with the company?

    Hi
A question for people who use edigital research and submitted an invoice in Feb:

has your invoice been processed yet?

I submitted mine on 19th and was surprised that no payment has been made for it, normally I see the money is on its way a few days before I receive it.

Just wondered if others are the same...

I got my cheque yesterday, so I would ring them. You can se if your payment has been sent by checking the invoice section on their website. HTH:D

Yes you can do the depts in any order you like, just make sure you find a manned counter if it asks for one as I could not find a deli/rotisserie/bakery and put no but there was an electrical / games counter (I was thinking food lol), just to help anyone out.
Not sure if you can take anyone, cannot remember if it mentioned it in the brief, check or email them. If you just forget you are doing a mystery shop and act how you usually do no one will know, sometimes because we know you think everyone else does:)
  • Can anyone else see the jobs posted on the alert? I assume the poster means TNS? Nothing showing for me for them...

I have re-read the brief and I think I initially overthought it. It all seems feasible to enquire in different sections - its just that my local one is so small that I thought I would bring attention to myself. However, not all of them are like that (obviously!). The home ones seem a lot simpler (and for the same fee!):)

I can't see any either. I thought it was just not loaded for Scotland but I can't see any in the general search either.

(Assuming also that it was TNS)
  • No nothing on TNS for me either.
