I've overspent (I ended up getting the wrong eggs one time and they took me over the spend). I got paid for it but there is a reason the spend limit is what it is relating to how the staff deal with the refund element and if they are required to take your details etc. The Old Mill must be a big building - lots of us seem to live there!

I've never been asked for my address!!! Had to sign the refund slip but thats it.

Me neither, but they could do if you spent over a certain amount.
Praying at the church of MSE should be compulsory!

  • Thanks so much. Went into panic mode as its my first assignment for this company. Also edited my post.
  • I spent exactly £2 on the complain item, then realised it said to buy an item less than that in value. Do you think it will be ok?
  • Hi all, I did a search for clothes on this thread and nothing came up so I don't think this one has been asked yet! :p

Just wondering if anyone has done any of the clothes stores on Esa before and how you found them? Had a read through of the notes and it looks like quite a lot of different queries and a lot of questions to answer on the report!
    2019 will be my year!!

I was told on the phone last night to buy the cheapest item possible, and the eggs count as the store brand item. I'm not sure what they actually re-imburse as I haven't been paid for the January egg shops yet. Should I have been?

Not sure if that just muddies the water further!

I'm not sure, but I think this is a new client so maybe no one has done them before.

Esa's reports aren't usually too bad, if that helps.

I thought it looked like quite a few queries. In the mens briefing there's four transactions with staff, not counting entrance or paying. I've applied for one as I'm going to be in the same retail park anyway. Not sure if it's worth it but can only try and see.

Know it's already been mentioned in the alerts thread, so dont want to duplicate it, but RE have just loaded dozens of bookies. Has gone from 32 in my search area to 122.

I completed an assignment for this client with GR before. Sounds like they've changed the scenario a little. Lots of wandering round asking questions etc. GR seemed to use the same questionnaire as their supermarkets, so there was a question in there about food counters!

Money is the same overall, but a different split in fee/reimbursement. GR paid higher fees.
